We,Mindiko Care Pvt. Ltd.are an internet-based mobile phone application, and this document uses the words "we," "Mindiko Care Pvt. Ltd.," and "Mindiko" interchangeably, and "you" and "users" interchangeably.
The expression "we" covers Mindiko and its current or former employees, officers, directors, agents, successors, assigns, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, or affiliated corporations.

We take data security and privacy with critical importance. We are committed to a no-leak and no-disclosure policy, ensuring that any private and sensitive data receives appropriate protection. Users and counsellors are in control and can decide what to share and what to keep private.

In general, you can visit Mindiko's portal without revealing your identity. Only in specific cases (registration, payments, etc.) do we request necessary information, used strictly as per this Policy.
Mindiko may disclose information when required by law or court order, or to investigate unlawful activities, suspected fraud, or risks to safety.
Mindiko functions as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
